Terms of Service

Looky (“we”) operates the Looky mobile application (“the App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We built Looky to help you discover outfits through AI-powered virtual try-on. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

Your Account

You can sign in with an email magic link or through Google, Apple, or X (formerly Twitter) authentication. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at looky.dev@gmail.com.

Your Photos and Content

Body photos. When you upload a body photo for virtual try-on, we process it solely to generate your try-on images. We treat body photos as sensitive personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and handle them.

AI-generated images. The try-on images our AI creates for you belong to you. You are free to save, share, or use them for personal purposes. We do not claim ownership over images generated for you.

License to operate. By uploading photos or using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content as needed to provide and improve the service. We will not sell your photos or use them for advertising without your consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Use the App to create misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the App or its AI systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
• Violate any applicable law or regulation while using the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual try-on images. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated images are approximations and may not perfectly reflect how clothing looks in real life
• Colors, fit, and proportions may vary between the generated image and the actual garment
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content
• Try-on results should not be treated as a substitute for trying on physical clothing

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and underlying technology (excluding your content) are owned by Looky and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the App settings. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data, uploaded photos, and generated images from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Looky is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if you have not paid us anything, $0).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
